    Bekerja di bawah sistem perusahaan keluarga fan tidak jelas sop serta gaji.
    The good thingsLingkungan bekerja yang kompak untuk di klinik yg bertempat di cirebon.
    The challengesSistem bekerja yang tidak jelas serta jobdesk yang tidak sesuai. Sistem gaji yang dilaporkan ke disnakertrans yaitu pekerja harian sehingga kejelasan kerja pun tidak ada. Jenjang karir yang tidak ada serta keluarga owner selalu ikut campur dalam perusahaan.
