We put 100 percent of our effort to compete with other competitor, we dont judge from the sales result but we acknowledge a good process, that is what I like about this company.
The challengesThere are several things that the company lack of, such as the commitment to the sales team incentive, no health insurance only BPJS, and the technical team that feels not very supportive. Sales team often arguing internally with the technical,purchasing and customer service team. They didn't have the sense of belonging of the company customer,and this can also drag down the sales team performance. Hope things will be better in the future.
