    great team in engineering, but Company Managerial system is poor
    The good thingsI have good technical director & good engineering team. the jobs is very simple. no need high skill that I have ever had with my previous company
    The challengesthe challenges working for this company are you have to follow the high pressure, need extra time to working specially at engineering team (you can't fine work life balance here), salary is not balance with your working hours time.
