    A lot workload with minimum salary.
    The good thingsGood and supportive colleague, so-so work-life balance. A good start if you are a fresh graduate but not for an experienced recruiter.
    The challengesMicromanaging, management (especially the Director) had poorly managed. Very toxic. He treats you like you're no one and you can get cuts whenever he wants. Sometimes racist.

    The good thingsNice boss. Nice friends.
    The challengesMultitasking. I am an accounting finance staff, but senior staff expecting you to handle general affair, consultant and internal party event. So much to do in 1 day and you unable to work overtime.
