The good things-Flexible workhours. -Numerous work leaves. -Opportunity to learn and earn expertise relatively quickly, which is very beneficial to build related career elsewhere later.

The challenges-Very long workhours necessary to meet constant deadlines and targets -Means of communication must always be active 24/7 even during long holidays -Subaverage salary for an engineer at data center industry/project and living cost in Jakarta
