Atlantic Ocean Paint (AOP) is a paint and coatings manufacturer based in Surabaya, Indonesia. In 1956 when AOP was first established by the proud owner Budiono Amijo, AOP produced a small range of quality paints. The good thingsGaji lumayan, lokasi perusahaan dekat dengan rumah tinggal, perusahaan yang cukup besar yang sedang berkembang dan selallu ada kenaikan gaji di setiap tahunnya, namun untuk tahun ini belum ada kenaikan.

The challengesHampir tidak ada kesulitan selama saya bekerja di PT. Atlantic Ocean Paint saya bergabung dari tahun 2015 awalnya murni memegang HRD mulai dari mengurus PKWT karyawan, BPJS dan Absensi Karyawan. Kemudian awal 2016 saya ditambahkan job sebagai legal mengurus sertifikat, perijinan siup, tdp, imb, ijin lokasi dll.
