    The good thingsKomunikasi internal sangat baik. Mendapatkan banyak ilmu secara internal maupun eksternal. Mendapatkan teamwork yang baik, memiliki kesempatan untuk berkembang. Banyak pelatihan mengenai asuransi untuk memperdalam ilmu mengenai asuransi khusus nya asuransi kerugian.
