    The good thingsbonus, THR 2x pertahun, HRD baik, direktur lama sangat care sama karyawan, tetapi sejak jadi perusahaan spanyol, jadi pelit. struktur organisasi diubah tanpa tau market di indonesia. mungkin sebaiknya rekurt orang yang pengalaman dibidang yang sama, jadi ngk asal asalan bikin kebijakan, beda di indo dan di luar. sekarang mala jd kurang berkembang.
