    Saya berharap HRD Asuka bisa berbenah, kalian bukan dewa yang bisa semena-mena membuat kebijakan. Kejadian seperti gaji tidak kalian bayar (apakah kalian tidak merasa bersalah akan hal tersebut?). lalai akan kontrak karyawan yang akan habis (bukankah kasian kalau tidak di extend tapi tidak one month notice?). Saya berharap dengan ini HR Asuka bisa memperbaiki diri kedepannya, baik dalam membuat peraturan, lebih aware ke kontrak karyawan, serta janganlah kalo extend tidak diberikan full draft kontraknya (hanya beberapa orang seprtinya).

    The challengesTantangan lebih ke sistem HRD yang kurang profesional 1. Ada yang tidak dibayarkan gajinya padahal sudah bekerja 1 bulan penuh. 2. Ada yang berubah dari all in ke non all in, secara mendadak. 3. Pada saat perpanjangan kontrak hanya diberikan halaman durasi kontrak saja, tidak diberikan full draft.
