Our division assists BOD on routine and non-routine performance reports and decision making.The good thingsI’m given challenges out of my comfort zone, even though the working hours always longer than others, but it really sharpen my analysis skills. In this division, we are drilled and forced to give out our best, not only in financial area, but in decision making. After resigning from here, I still can feel the great benefit implemented in my daily life.
The challengesLong working hours, sometimes you have to work more than 15 hours a day, especially if there is important project. Sometimes you even take home the job. Also, because all members of BOD and Astra’s elite can ask our your help, sometimes they will give a very tight deadline schedule. Playing with confidential informations, sometimes we have to be creative when asking informations from peers and subsidiaries. Often, bumping and tangled with bureaucracy.
