    The good thingsPerusahaan ini memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan sampai keluarganya. Memberi kemudahan dalam mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan melalui assuransi. Sistem sudah terbentuk dengan baik.
    The challengesPeningkatan karier tegantung kebijakan pejabat atau kepala cabang sehingga jika kepala cabang tidak suka atau kurang bisa melihat potensi karyawan, akan sulit bagi karyawan untuk naik ke jenjang karier yan lebih tinggi.
