In 1976, Uddeholm acquired the shares of the other three mills, establishing ASSAB as the exclusive sales channel for Uddeholm in the Asian market.In 2007, the voestalpine Group made a strategic acquisition, integrating both Uddeholm and ASSAB into voestalpine AG, a leading Austrian company publicly listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1995.We committed to delivering premium steel products and comprehensive value-added services.
