    The good thingsA very fun environment to work despite the generation gap among the co-workers. Everyone can share their idea or insight, all departments hand-in-hand supporting one-another when working on a project or events. Everyone challenged to be creative, to have a different ideas from competitors, to see opportunities in the future.
    The challengesBeing surrounded by heads full of brilliant ideas occasionally makes us confuse on how to merge those ideas, or make a timeline for them, so which can be implemented in short time and which needs longer preparation.

    Good and Bad at ASG
    The good thingsSejak pertama kerja selalu cari kerja yang lingkungannya enak dan bisa buat nyaman, dan gue menemukan itu semua di ASG. Entah karena beruntung atau memang lingkungan kerjanya selalu seperti itu. beberapa kali pindah kerja karena perusahaan sebelumnya ngga berani buat angkat jadi karyawan tetap, tapi ASG berani untuk buktiin janji di awal join, yaitu 2 kali kontrak langsung jadi karyawan tetap. pokoknya kerennnnn
    The challengesKurang paham ini itu karena kebijakan kantor pusat atau hanya anak perusahaan, tapi sejak masuk emang ngga tuh yang namanya bonus atau gaji 13 hehehe, terus asuransi kesehatan yang di dapet sekelas sama BPJS kelas 2 bukannya apa sihh, Puji Tuhan sampai hari ini di kasih sehat terus, paling batuk-batuk lucu aja :)

    The good thingstempat yang pas untuk mengembagkan karir di bidang event, retail dan project building. Karena selama saya bekerja di sini, hanya di bidang itu yang terlihat menonjol. karena memang disitulah letak tantangan bekerja di bidang retail / mall.
    The challengesuntuk di bagian lain, sebaiknya hanya untuk tambah pengalaman. karena kurangnya apresiasi dari atasan untuk beberapa supporting departemen. hal tersebut membuat turn over karyawan tinggi di departemen-departemen tersebut.

    The challengesTuntutan kerja yang tinggi tidak dibarengi dengan benefit yang memadai untuk karyawan. Misalnya penggantian fasilitas kesehatan dari asuransi menjadi BPJS, bonus yang telat, perhitungan kenaikan gaji jg standar. Untuk saya yang sudah bekerja disini selama 6 tahun tidak ada peningkatan yang signifikan.
