    The good thingsPT ABS is a middle sized company but part of an International French Group so standard are high. Management is present and always willing to do better and improve. Autonomy and trust is given and team manager try to grow the team Work environment is friendly as a family and people very kind.
    The challengesChallenging business environment. Construction material is a difficult business but team is close. Office could be better.

    The good thingsthis company is 99% PMA good management arranging, nice ambience as coworkers, you can create your own success story here and your management is behind to support you not watching you drowned by your own decision. we come from various background and it doesn't really matter, the matter as key your success here is yourself, cheer up yourself
    The challengescreating a new division and i'm the one whom lead this way while i start doing regular challenge also, i'm an employee with 3 kinds of project to be handled such as Industrial, Infrastructure and Production itself, the others only 2 (max) deal with many different culture Java, Sumatera etc, had to deal with traffic jam everyday (able to driving my self to here and there everyday) i feel blessed to work here.
