    The good thingsA Multi National Company which handle world wide company and you could get experiences working here. It will enrich your knowledge and widen your relationship with many Human Resources company such as NIKE, Bayer, GSK, etc.
    The challengesYou will need to stand by since you will receive laptop and office cell phone. Assignee could call you anytime and you need to look for solution for problems reported you. Working with partner will create some challenges since most of the partner does not aware with Indonesian culture but always push you to offer solutions.
