Very bad for your long-term career. The good thingsFor an entry-level position, the salary range is quite high.
The challenges- This is actually not an MT program, just regular employment. MT is only for employees who are employed with a bachelor's degree, but the development program is really basic.
- Some of the factory and department are pretty famous amongst the employees for their toxic culture; even in some cases, it's pretty terrible.
- Leadership issue are pretty common for middle managerial level here, seniority culture even make this situation even worse.
- They have some "ikatan dinas" things, which is not clearly communicated before you join, with sanctions if you decided not continue with the contract, so it's difficult for you to escape oncr you are already trapped.
- For the long term, this is absolutely not the right place for your mental health, and also your career development. The management, technology, etc are really old-school.
