    A Bland Experience
    The good things1. The employee is thigh-knit and open, ready to engage with new employee 2. Healthcare is subsidized by company 3. On staff level they are often held the gathering or just hangout together 4. Facilitate a career growth
    The challenges1. Work-life balance is awful (no sick leave, no overtime fee only base on loyalty but no feedback) 2. Horrible work time (6 days a week, 9 hours mon-fri 7 hours on sat) 3. Mediocre starting salary and salary growth is low 4. No leadership in superior-level (either they pointing finger at something or they always play safe hide behind their staff) although the owner is super-friendly and engaged to his employee (oh i feel sorry for him ) 5. Isn’t fresh-grad friendly 6. To much dinosaur in here a.ka the employee that wash up in this competition

    The challengesTarget penyelesaian kerja kadang meleset dari penjadwalan, dan kurang koordinasi antar dept. Namun hal ini biasanya dapat di atasi dan diperbaiki ke depan yang lebih baik
