    I have known the basic of a purchasing's job and have lots of experience in purchasing devision.
    The good thingsI have a lot of things to learn as a purchasing, such as knowing the details of an item that we are going to purchase. And as a purchasing, I have learnt that there are plenty of substitutes item for a product.
    The challengesTheres's a time when a product is not being produced anymore or has sold out in our area, we have to look for a substitutes item for the product and if it doesn't suitable for the cook, we have to look/search it in another area.
