The good things- Orang-orang di divisi Marketing sangat baik, care, suasana di ruangan selalu ceria & semua suka becanda (pokonya jangan baperan disini)
- Disediakan Mess karyawan bagi karyawan dari luar kota, namun bayar 200.000/bln
The challenges- Gaji tidak relevan dengan banyaknya pekerjaan & jobdesc
- Tingkat stress lumayan tinggi karena permintaan dari atasan
- Kekurangan karyawan namun tahun 2018 kemarin ada PHK massal
- Divisi marketing setiap sabtu masuk kerja setengah hari, sedangkan bagian HO setiap sabtu libur. dan tidak terhitung jam lembur
