    The challengesgaji kecil banget, kalau staff biasa dibawah upah minimum DKI, office politics terlalu kuat. jangan berharap banyak kalau dapet gaji gede disini (> UMR DKI). lembur gadibayar. yang ada stress gapunya duit gaji kecil banget disini. bonus tahunan ya kecil banget, paling dibawah 2.5 juta.

    The challengesMending gausah jadi staff disini, Gaji staffnya masih dibawah UMR DKI, mending jadi tenaga kontrak per proyek aja. THR tuh satu kali gaji doang, Bonus tahunan kecil banget kalau staff biasa mah dapet dibawah 2 juta. Pengangkatan karyawan tetap juga kagak jelas.

Having a big team in a company consist of almost 400 people giving myself an opportunity to broaden my mind, understanding how to do coordination with people and multidisciplinary background.
