    The good thingsSaya menikmati lingkungan kerja yang sangat suportif di Arkadia Works. Tim yang solid dan terbuka membuat kolaborasi terasa ringan dan menyenangkan. Sebagai Social Media Specialist, saya merasa diberi ruang untuk berkreasi dan mengembangkan ide-ide baru. Sistem kerja hybrid (kombinasi WFO dan WFH) juga sangat membantu menjaga work-life balance, sekaligus tetap produktif. Pimpinan terbuka terhadap masukan dan sangat mendukung pengembangan individu.
    The challengesBeberapa proses internal masih memiliki ruang untuk perbaikan, khususnya dalam hal alur approval yang terkadang memerlukan waktu lebih lama dari yang diharapkan. Penyederhanaan dan standarisasi proses ini akan sangat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, terutama untuk pekerjaan yang bersifat dinamis dan membutuhkan respon cepat seperti pengelolaan media sosial.

    The good thingsI have worked for 4 years and engaged in numbers of exciting project. I love the project challenge, love the peoples, and love the working culture. Kerja disini seperti lagi main sama temen kuliah. Jam kerja flexible, kerjanya hybrid, banyak jajanan kalo udh sore, musik makin kenceng terutama kalau kerjaan makin banyak hehehe. One of my best workplace experience I must say. Terima kasih atas kesempatannya

    Great place to work!
    The good thingsArkadia Works is not only a great place to work, but also a great place to improve for career advancement and a great place to just simply having fun. The team here is mostly young people with informal style of work. The management always told me to grow, from time to time, and to be the best in the industry. The team always supporting me in delivering the works done.
    The challengesThough I realized that there's no 100% smooth in project delivery, but I can say that the works assigned to me is really exciting with great support from peoples around me. If I make a mistake, the management gives us space to grow and learn from the experience, and give us chance to learn from monthly sharing session.

    The good thingsI'am surrounded by the best talents in the business. There is always a positive vibe that I feel every time I enter the office. A very cozy, lay-back office space, yet brings out all the creativity to be poured in my work.
    The challengesAs the company grows, there are always bumps. But all of those bumps are always for the greater good. So nothing to complain here, really.

    The good thingsProbably my best experience in my professional years. The atmosphere is fun and young. I can feel the positive vibe around you every time I enter the office. I'am surrounded by the most talented yet very humble colleges. I experienced many positive changes as Arkadia it self is still growing.
