    The challengesPada saat sy bekerja disana, atasan GM sales tidak dapat memanage team dengan baik. Krn dia pun tidak pernah mau ke customer sedangkan job title dia memegang kendali di commercial. Bahkan ditanya ini itu dia tidak paham dan melempar ke org lain. Jd sbg anggota team kita kebingungan krn job roles tidak jelas, management sgt kacau. PO banyak melayang
