    A company with terrible investment in human resources
    The good thingsThe working hours are flexible enough, the culture is calm, not shouting or grumpy to anyone.
    The challengesThere is no room for career development, underpaid salary, very chaotic management system, terrible benefit and compensation, work without appreciation, too much politics and internal drama, no transparency to fellow workers.
