The challengesThe Top management of the company at HO sometimes does not want to understand our Indonesian policy for participating / procurement process in the tender or bidding on the projects in Indonesia, such as the vendor must provide Bank Guarantee during the tender and request for advance payment post-contract signed. These rules and client policy were familiar in Indonesia for procurement process of vendors refer to a decree issued by President RI / the Ministry of Public Works. Therefore we always lost the opportunity during the RFI and tender process for both Public and Privates.
