    The good things- Very open minded leader - coworkers like family - give times for self development - sharing session every month - Employe ghatering - Japanese companies with high discipline & accuracy but still maintain tolerance for employees to develop
    The challenges- such as challenges in general, sometimes the workload is very high with very tight deadlines

    nice place to grow
    The good thingsnice colleagues, nice workplace, the boss is very humble and open for discussion, you can play pingpong, dart board, uno, with friends, nice environment and nice interior.
    The challengesit's still a developing company so we need to be more initiative about our tasks and what we should do.

    The good thingsGood things is : - The place to work, there's some section (office like section, cafe like section, or couch section) - There's some toys to release your stres (pingpong, dart, uno) - You can choose a time to arrived at the office (8-10 a.m. but still need to work 8hr/day) - You get borrowed a facility (laptop) - The internet connection is nice and fast - The work flow is normal
    The challenges- You will learn some php framework - You will learn a git workflow for team - You will learn to work with groups (a lot) - You might end-up learning japanese

    The good thingsIam new employe. After works few monts my opinion is good life balance working time, entertainment time & family time especially at Japanese Company, every team do best teamwork & support each other. Open minded & support leader is the best for every employe have great idea.
