    Good place to start, and to grow
    The good thingsthe CEO, my SPV, and the Lead Programmer are someone who is open-minded; not someone with "okay, boss" attitude. instead, they're open to discussion; no matter how newbie you are, your input about something will be considered. the SPV is still young, very hardworking, and tenacious in work, but you can still have a good laugh together. same thing applies to the Lead Programmer; he's an easy-going guy, but has a lot of knowledge, and experience. in a matter of workplace, it's enjoyable. (don't expect anything fancy like what you've found in Google office, or in an office at Greater Jakarta; but it's still lovely). other employees are still young, and easy-going. i rarely saw them with stressed expression.
    The challengeslittle to less challenge i've experienced in this company, actually. nothing is very hard, or too easy
