good job but not satisfying i.e. for salary, promotions, award, facilities, allowance

The good thingsstrong relationship of each others, less work pressure, uptown work location, lot of traveling,

The challengesstill growing up company, less career opportunities for those not from famous univ. even though he/she got the potency.
