Therefore the employees there are willing to work overtime till late at night. Apart from the overtime benefit that employees get, seems like they take their responsibility very serious. Feels like you fall in love to the company and become loyal. This also feels like boomerang. Worked in this company made me feel like I was in my comfort zone and really did not want to get out while better opportunity probably is waiting out there.
