    Underpair Worker, ownernya cina dzolim, sesuka mood sesuka hati, kerja bagai kuda.
    The good thingsTidak ada hal baik seragam saja beli sendiri dipotong gaji
    The challengesGaji 70% UMK. Jadi jika UMK 3jt cuma dapet 2jt. Karyawan kontrak semua tapi probation 6 bulan. Lebih sejahtera SPG dan SPB sales cat. Seragam beli sendiri dipotong pakai gaji. Ijazah ditahan. Tidak didaftarkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan. Istirahat 40 menit tidak boleh keluar. Weekend dan hari libur nasional tidak libur. Masuk jam 7 pulang maghrib jam 6. Owner dzolim. Omset 1 toko milyaran tapi karyawan sengsara. Kalau capai target bulanan, owner dan pimpinan head office jalan-jalan keluar negeri.

    The challengesangka turn over sangat tinggi,ijazah masih di tahan,hak bpj,jht dsb belum bisa diapatkan dengan alasan harus menunggu satu tahun pengabdian.ssistem gaji harian dan bisa dipotong gaji karena alasan tertentu,pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak dengan dalih mutasi masih kerap dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan tdk betah
