    The good thingsIncredible relationship with co-workers in MIS dept, almost like a second family, thus making it really hard to leave the company. The department head is also very kind, generous and very tolerant to minor disobedience once in a while.
    The challengesThe company's organization is too dynamic. A newly enacted SOP could be revised twice within a quarter, and that's a disaster for software development cycle. The software framework being used has aged considerably, yet never replaced/developed further. This could damage junior programmers' career advancement, as using obsolete tech will lower their experience value.

    The good thingsBanyak hal yg saya dapatkan sejak pertama kali bekerja. Saya tidak hanya berfokus pada jobdesk pilihan saya. Saya belajar cara manajeman waktu, mencoba mengatasi masalah dengan suplier (ATK) dan banyak lagi. Selain pekerjaan, team saya punyak cara sendiri untuk mengakrabkan diri, seperti ada jadwal rutin tahunan untuk liburan dan makan bersama.
