The challengesWell, what you expect from having similar group of college student who has their hand full of schedule and at the same time earning money? They get tire, sometimes exhausted and skip their meal time to backup each other shift. I hope they could have more staff to handle each of assignment such as runner, toilet cleaning, and customer-relation for upselling various Indonesian coffee beans and merchandises.
