    The challengesReports from the team sometimes do not reach or receive follow-up from management. Reimbursement requests are often rejected without clear explanation. Sudden policy changes make it difficult for the team to adapt.

    The good thingsBanyak fasilitas yang disediakan untuk karyawannya, dari segi hiburan maupun keseharian. Setiap Tahunnya ada Family Gathering, sehingga kita mengenal keluarga inti dari partner kerja.
    The challengesKomunikasi antara manager dan staff kurang baik, selalu ada miss komunikasi, sehingga staff langsung berhadapan dengan pokok permasalahannya dan dibantu oleh manager departmen lain.

    The good thingsBanyak ilmu yang didapat ketika berada disini, banyak alat-alat yang digunakan adalah alat yang keberadaannya di Indonesia bisa dhitung. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang makanan, pangan dan lingkungan jadi banyak sekali alat yang digunakan pada laboratorium, dan yang digunakan adalah alat yang up to date.
