    The good thingsThis is a great place to work. 2nd largest copper & gold mining corporation in Indonesia. Very profesional (except my assessment experience) with world rate Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) practice. High salary, good bonus...etc
    The challengesThis is not about how your work done. This is how management assessment. Very subjective. Actually they dont look to your work and how you manage it. They just did what they bos ask to them. Just imagine work 2 motnh here and you dont get a tools, lack of tool. No Computer/laptop, no email account... this is very bad. and this is my own experience there.

    The good thingsWith high profit and benefit, I really enjoy working here until my early retirement. Its a good place to learn and work. The Safety and Environmental commitment is the best in Indonesia.
