    The good thingsThis company has a lot of young people around 23 - 27 years of age (90 %). It makes this company has a big young energy, a tremendous hunger to improve every single day. The management also gave a lot of responsibilities and trust to each employee, so any employee can develope their skill and found out what is their power and their way to solve a problem
    The challengesMost of us are very young, 90 % of us are 23 - 27 years of age. So the experience to handle some problems are not enough. Sometimes, most problem that we face in the work cannot be handled by a freshgrad or employee with less experience (complicated problem).
