The challengesSistem kerja yang berantakan tumpang tindih dan manajemen perusahaan yang dikelola oleh keluarga owner jadi keputusan cenderung subjektif. gaji yang diberikan terlalu rendah tidak sesuai dengan beban dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan.
