    The good thingsIf you have a strong mentality and good ideas, this is the place for you to apply your skill and knowledge because there are so many chances to make something new in this company. No clear SOP, one man show management system, lack of skillful employee, especially in computer. If you want to show and develop yourself, this is the place for you.
    The challengesStill use manual system in every aspect, no training moreover related to product knowledge. Subjectivity above objectivity. Personal matters above professional matters. No clear SOP or job function. Too much unreasonable pressure. One man show management style. Obedience above skillful. Lack of transparency between management and staff. Toxic working environment.

    The challengesPerusahaan yang menerapkan system like dislike dari management. Diperusahaan ini sering terjadi pemaksaan karayawan untuk mengundurkan diri hanya dikarenakan masalah pribadi si karyawan (walaupun performa kerja sikaryawan super bagus). Perusahaan yang mempunyai culture yang sangat buruk dan sering pulang larut malam tanpa dibayar lembur.

    Great Place To Improve Your Skill
    The good thingsA company with a tons of project, so you will never get to bored working. Warm enviroment place to work. Freshly graduate are very welcome. Its have a great salary, at least a standard region sallary. Its a place to improve your skill to work, as long as willing to learn new skill.
