    The good thingsSaat bekerja kadang yang tidak dapat tergantikan oleh faktor lain yaitu kenyamanan dan rasa kekeluargaan dalam bekerja, perusahaan yang saya tempati sebelumnya memberikan suasana nyaman dalam menjalankan aktivitas selama bekerja walaupun dimulai dengan hal hal kecil misal dengan memberikan ucapan ultah kepada semua karyawan yang merayakan tak hanya itu perusahaan juga kerap setiap beberapa bulan sekali mengadakan acara hiburan kecil seperti makan bersama, nonton bareng atau karaoke diluar hal tersebut sebagian besar karyawan saling memberikan solusi apabila ada beberapa karyawan yang merasa mempunyai permasalahan dalam pekerjaan maka hal ini yang tak dapat tergantikan oleh faktor lain.
    The challengesPerusahaan memang kadang ada target tertentu untuk mencapai goal, nah hal ini merupakan tugas yang harus kita pikirkan jauh kedepan agar ekosistem perusahaan bisa berkembang, dengan problem yang rumit maupun kesulitan baru yang selalu muncul menjadikan pekerjaan semakin berkembang namun dengan hadirnya kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan dalam bekerja maka sedikit demi sedikit kesulitan dapat teratasi.

    The good thingsYou may be surrounded by supportive teammates, good listening superiors and pious, clean and religious environment particularly. If you perform like no other, you could be lucky to be promoted here. Thus, from there it can be your milestones to perform in another better workplace.
    The challenges1. No laptop nor smartphone provided 2. No overtime nor transport allowance 3. Meal allowance can be cut if you can't attend to the office due to whatever the reason is, even when you take your annual leave 4. As a common problem in any startup companies, the orchart is not clearly reliable 5. Every department has a common obstacle: budget
