    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan, seperti tidak ada perbedaan jabatan. Rekan-rekan kerja yang sangat baik, tidak ada persaingan kotor dan saling menjatuhkan. Benar-benar tempat yang sempurna untuk mencari nafkah !
    The challengesBanyaknya dokumen yang harus diurus, sebenarnya ini bukan masalah karena memang Meranti Magsaysay merupakan manning agency yang memiliki banyak kru kapal pesiar untuk dikelola, hanya perlu ketelitian dan kerajinan bagi setiap staffnya.
