    Good experience, but not that much
    The good thingsThe salary is good, the working environment is like a family because there's not many people in the company. The manager is caring for the employees.
    The challengesThe manager is sometimes fickle, and there's not enough chance to grow in the company. Talking too much about ideas but ended up as rejection. Can't expect to get promotion because there's no position.
