    nice place to work
    The good thingsbanyak benefit yang didapat seperti asuransi kesehatan, reimburse medical, parkir gratis, makan siang setiap hari, snack, sering mengadakan event kantor, outing. Bisa banyak belajar dan mendapatkan ilmu dari leader dan tim lain. Orang2nya ramah dan friendly.
    The challenges- Deadline ketat dari permintaan client - Dibutuhkan skill mengolah data yang baik, harus bisa menjadi problem solver yang jago, dan komunikasi yang efisien dengan tim lain dibutuhkan sekali.

    Nice place to learn
    The good things- Teman - temannya mau saling membagi ilmu. - Bisa belejar banyak hal, karena banyak project. - Punya value untuk tidak saling menyalahkan jika ada error atau bug dalam aplikasi, tetapi lebih memilih untuk mencari solusi - Lingkungan kerja nyaman (sering mengadakan acara2 seperti makan - makan, olahraga, atau nonton bersama)

    The good things- orangnya ramah-ramah. Termasuk pada petingginya (CEO, CTO, Head of PM) - ilmunya banyak - Ada makan siang dan cemilan - Banyak liburnya - Ada banyak event selain kerja. Kalo ada film bagus, bisa nonton bareng di bioskop dan dibayarin kantor - Tidak pelit dalam reimburst - Setiap produk yang dikeluarkan berbeda-beda, sehingga membuat ilmu kita bertambah.
    The challenges- gaji kecil - tidak ada lemburan - belum ada BPJS - parkir motor sempit. Suka senggolan sama motor lain - sering overtime - sanking ramahnya, kadang satu kantor suka baperan - managemen perusahaan yang masih kurang baik. Mungkin karena startup.

    The good thingsGreat colleagues, maintainable working hours. A lot of room to learn, everyone is always very happy to share. A dynamic industry to work in, and it's always exciting to see the changes and improvement in the industry. If you love to learn new things, it's a good place to start and learn. Great in the ratio of work/life balance.
    The challengesTo think one step ahead and predicting what's the next technology might bring, and comply to client's request. Otherwise, everything else is pretty normal and overcome-able.
