    Pengalaman selama bekerja di PT. ALBA UNGGUL METAL
    The good thingsLingkungannya terasa lekat kekeluargaannya. Siapapun mempunyai kesempatan untuk mendapatkan reward lebih. Sales mempunyai kontrol update produksi atas orderan masing-masing secara menyeluruh. Sales diberi kebebasan dalam mengambil keputusan asal sesuai dengan role yang telah ditentukan.
    The challengesJika pekerjaan dimulai dari staff biasa untuk menjadi sales lapangan terlihat kurang bervalue dimata atasan yang jelas sudah terlihat hasil & pengalamanannya. Akan tetapi untuk sales pendatang baru terlihat berharga padahal kinerja belum terlihat.
