    The good thingsUntuk kekeluargaan di jajaran staff masih ada, walaupun terkadang suka debat. Namun untuk jajaran dept head nya menurut saya hanya beberapa saja yang mau berbaur dengan yang dibawah.
    The challengesPermintaan direksi yang sangat membuat pusing kepala. Disaat barang murah menggempur pasar, direksi meminta agar harga jual dinaikkan. Tidak ada nya konsistensi/komitmen dalam membuat promo.
