    The good things- Safetynya super - Benefitnya oke - Dapet makan siang - Career path bisa sampe ke regional (asal inisiatif dan berani, jangan nunggu ditawarin atasan/ HR) - Growth opportunity (saking sibuknya, pasti berkembang, but weekend kerjain report? tentu saja)
    The challenges- Semua keputusan dan timeline bergerak secara regional, jadi country terbatas dalam melakukan keputusan/ perubahan - Karena bergerak secara regional, no good leader i saw in country based, yes yes person and manager kind of people yang bertahan (bedanya apa silahkan google) - Timeline nya project dari regional sering ga masuk akal
