    The good thingsAll peoples do their role with passion. They encouraged others to achieve the goal. Very supportive and help each others even it was not their job. Moreover, they never keep the information on their self. They will deliver new knowledge and empower others to make new experience.
    The challengesI need to read more about another subject that i never learn before. As i graduated from agriculture things, to get involve on renewable energy is a new subject for me. So, i put more time to read and ask the things that i am not understand to others that know it.
