    The good thingsThe facilities are amazing 1. The company will rent a newest car for you 2. If you got covid, all will covered by company 3. We can claim sunglasses 1mio per year (the limit for staff) 4. Got a lunch from company every time you WFO 5. In Jakarta is the best place because the boss care about your health issue 6. Get a lunch fee every time we WFH 7. Workaholic are very welcome here 8. Great and comfort working area (Jakarta0 New office and building 9. Lots of parking area
    The challengesChallenges here 1. 24/7 standby because here is B to B business 2. Cannot have a weekend without disturbed by customer 3. It is a must join the meeting when you are on leave (cuti) 4. Big No for Holiday, you will not have a lovely holiday (Trust me) 5. Limited area to sell because no new area for chemical industries 6. Hard to get a customer 7. Lots of Internal Politics 8. Like and Dislike is still the issues here
