    The good thingsBagaikan rumah kedua, tempat kerja yang sangat nyaman beserta lingkungan yang baik memberikan mood boost yg sangat baik dalam bekerja. Bekerja disini sangat baik dalam menyeimbangkan kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan, waktu untuk bekerja cukup, dan waktu untuk keluarga pun juga cukup. Kesejahteraan karyawan sangat diperhatikan disini, dengan jajaran Manajemen yang sangat menguasai dibidangnya, proyek dapat dimanage dengan sangat baik. Sifat kekeluargaan disini juga sangat baik dalam mengembangkan karakter tiap pribadi juga pengembangan karier.
    The challengesBagi saya sendiri, hampir tidak ditemukan kesulitan. Bila ada kesulitan pun, pasti akan dibantu.

    The good thingsFleksibilitas waktu dan kreativitas. Serta ikatan kekeluargaan yang baik antar pegawai, bahkan sampai ke tingkat BoD. Banyak hal yang bisa dipelajari di sini baik yang bersifat teknis maupun non teknis.

    Feels Like Home
    The good thingsI can say it is the best place for work from all my previous job. The boss did not act bossy at all and employees also have a good attitude. There is no seniority nightmare when i was a new kid there. We are small team but i believe this company will be a great one in near future.

    The good thingsFriendly yet efficient working environment. In here you can learn anything since they got experienced worker in each section. Good management when it come to working on project. Furthermore in every two weeks there will be a event whether it is a training or just bonding event. In here you won't be stay in one career forever, they provide training of what you want to be next.
    The challengesI'm working here as probation, so regretfully i can't grow up and excell my career with PT Akhdani Reka Solusi.
