    The good thingsThis is where the good start started, from being single to being able to become 4 children with a happy family. My experience working in the airline sector started from warehouse staff for the first 3 years, then continued my career as a warehouse inspector for the next 2 years, tried in the purchasing division and became an engineering planner in the Technical representative & preparation division. With a total of 14 years working at Airasia, I was able to explore overseas and even to Mecca.
    The challengesIf there is a will, that's where we can practice our abilities. And this company doesn't need to rely on an airline background.

    The best and unforgettable place for working!
    The good things- The work atmosphere is very good, there is no gap between managers and officers. - The Company's benefits are absolutely awesome! They provide us with free tickets for any flight destination they have. - They allow us to work remotely from home/ anywhere, if by case we are not able to go to the office. - If your annual leaves on this year are still available, they will be added to your next year's balance. But of course, they must be utilized before June is coming. - You get to travel abroad just for joining a seminar/ training and it's free!
    The challengesI love everything about AirAsia. As a matter of fact, I think AirAsia is the best place for working! I have nothing to regret for, even though i got laid off from working there. I understand that they had to make some adjustments and that to lay off some employees was one of the necessary action which was need to be done. I hope AirAsia continue to grow better and keep providing the 'opportunities' for everyone to fly. The best for AirAsia in the future!

    The good thingsHigh salary rather than other company... Very strict and dicipline. High opportunity to get higher level, and so many other benefits, such as free tickets, etc...
    The challengesYou need a lot of energy, especially when the aircraft gets delayed or cancelled. And you have to be able working on your day off if necessary. But that's all still worth when you get the salary.
