    The challengesDeadline yang sangat padat. Project-project yang sangat dinamis dan harus diselesaikan dalam waktu cepat. Kita harus bsa menyeimbangi kecepatan kerja kita dengan permintaan manajemen yang sangat cepat dan perubahan-perubahan yang juga sangat cepat.

    The good thingsSystem sangat mendukung. pengadaan semua terpenuhin. dari segi kecil seperti ATK sampai ke sarana kerja seperti unit laptop. semua berfasilitas.
    The challengesgaji sangat tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaan. bahkan dibeberapa divisi lain masih sangat banyak yang jauh dibawah UMR. Ijazah pun masih ditahan. dan ada pinalty (membayar keperusahaan) jika kita resign sebelum kontrak habis. untuk resign pun dipersulit. peraturan berubah2. senioritas sangat tinggi. HR sangat tidak solutif.

Disini saya juga mempunyai mentor dan manager yang selalu membantu saya untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya alami ialah adanya tekanan pekerjaan karena deadline yang cukup padat, lalu tekanan pekerjaan membuat beberapa rekan kerja menjadi sensitif, terkadang urusan pekerjaanpun terbawa oleh urusan pribadi, dan berharap harus lebih professional dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

    The good thingsEnjoy because not too formal office, we move in technological field, that need to quickly improved with market and being flexible for all the barrier came to us.
    The challengesThe difficulty, that i found is hard to selling our product. Besides a company selling IT things, we also have department who are making some application based website. Market is always moving and it became a challenge for us to know what specific product our costumer need.

    The challengesYou should be aware with your development progress and manage your task/job. Pay attention to your daily attendance. It will be troublesome if you are absent for several day.

    The challengeskesenioritasan pada atasan, sistim kerja manual dan dinamis (berubah²), ketidak konsisten dan komitmen atasan dari ucapan, perubahan yg fluktuatif menyebabkan karyawan sulit untuk adaptasi pada hal baru. ketersulitan proses resign yg berbelit, mengajukan resign baik² tapi malah diberhentikan tidak baik² dan sangat dipersulit. atasan selalu mencari kesalahan² dan pembuktian agar argumen dikatakan benar.
