    The good thingsThis is my life-changing experience where I can explore activities out of my comfort zone, interact with foreigners, enhance my English language, work in a team, run social projects based on SDGs, create impacts on the youth and our social environment. we will exercise our leadership skills with an open and global mindset, and see through opportunities to create impacts for locals and our nations.

    Great experience, and impactful surroundings
    The good thingsThe student organization helps young people to develop their self, as one of those young people. I'm satisfied that i could met lot of people that can support me, i do lot of productive activities, and learn a lot about talent management in aiesec bandung.
    The challengesThe organization it self helps me a lot with my self development, but since it is student organization sometimes there is a friend that suddenly resign or away without any notification. Sometimes it affect our job desk and performance and also gives us burden.

    Pengalaman di organisasi not-for-profit
    The good thingswalaupun AIESEC merupakan sebuah organisasi, namun skala kerjanya sudah internasional. Sehingga dapat memiliki pengalaman atmosfir bekerja internasional yang sudah memiliki SOP dan internal policy yang lengkap dan jelas. Sebagai mahasiswa yang juga mengambil role di AIESEC, hal itu mengajarkan kepada saya untuk dapat melakukan time management, sehingga tidak mengabaikan kewajiban kuliah.
    The challengesMembagi waktu merupakan tantangan utama di AIESEC, karena AIESEC memiliki tuntutan kerja yang banyak untuk dilakukan oleh mahasiswa yang juga sedang berkuliah. Tujuan utama dari beban kerja yang banyak tersebut adalah agar anggota AIESEC dapat berkembang menjadi individu yang lebih baik serta menyadari potensi-potensi yang dia miliki.

    The good thingsWork with foreigner make me as an open minded person and know how to solve a problem as a team work. live and struggle together for six weeks is not easy, bittersweet we face it together and we become close each other. I can be a more respectful person for what I have after joined the project as a volunteer. If I have another time and money I would love to do it again with a high role as an internships.
    The challengesThe main problem that I face it a lot from this project is miss communication between the participant or with the organizer. This problem makes more solid as a participant because we learn how to solve and fix it together as a team.
