    The good thingsSarana untuk belajar sangat banyak! Fleksibilitas untuk mempelajari jobdesk jabatan lain juga sangat tinggi selama tidak dalam jam in-charge. Gaji mengikuti UMR Jakarta, THR setiap Idul Fitri, Bonus Akhir Tahun, 12 Cuti Bebas, 3 bln Cuti Hamil, Asuransi Eksternal, BPJS, suasana kerja yang semi-korporate.
    The challengesSecara tersirat, terkadang beberapa oknum atasan lebih merekomendasikan untuk menutup mata terhadap hal-hal kecil yang tidak sesuai SOP yang sebenarnya dapat menganggu integritas petugas di Mall. Terlalu takut akan komplain, dan lebih ke arah rela melakukan apapun (yang mungkin akan berdampak buruk kedepannya) untuk menyelesaikan masalah.

    The good thingsBertemu langsung dengan para customer, menjadi hal yang menarik untuk sebuah pengalaman yang luar biasa. dengan bertatap muka langsung dengan mereka, saya mengetahui beberapa karakter dari masing-masing customer itu sendiri. dan team work yang selalu berusaha bersama-sama demi memajukan PT Pluit Propertindo.
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya alami, dapat saya selesaikan bersama team kami dan juga dengan bantuan para leader, supervisor dan manager. sehingga kesulitan yg saya alami bisa terselesaikan dengan baik. tentunya, disetiap perusahaan ada hal yang sulit dijelaskan, tapi, dikarenakan adanya team work yang bagus, saya fikir tidak masalah jika kita bisa menyelesaikannya dengan baik dan tepat.
